The person behind the counter was really helpful and I felt that I could ask her any question and if she didn't know the answer she would look it up. You can't ask for more than that. I would definitely recommend using this facility. Saved me a trip to Huddersfield, which is a nightmare. I just need the banks to catch up now and increase the amount of cash businesses can pay in over a year at the Banking Hub and it will go some way to address the problems caused by Bank Closures. Especially if the staff are all as good as the person that served me.
